Improving the support system
Dear members, in past year we have offered Live chat support with your purchases and we did our best to help you as fast as we can with any of your support needs. But due to the script options and reliability on 3rd party system , some of your questions were unanswered, emails got lost, support system was abused by non-members and you were able to get faster response trough support forum instead of the live chat feature. To make sure that all your questions are answered on time, in few weeks we will be rolling out a ticket system for our members. Until then live chat is disabled and if you have any questions please use our support forums.
