The Joomla news editor is an extension or plugin that’s used to edit your news items. Joomla comes with TinyMCE by default, but there are several 3rd party news editors available.
1. Download the template source files
2. Find the file named ‘logo.psd’
3. Edit the file with your favorite image software (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
4. Upload your new logo.psd via FTP into the original installation directory, overwriting the original
5. That’s it! Hit refresh in your browser to see the changes.
If you are using any kind of Joomla newsflash or newslider modules and would like to have your module news items links open on their own page, you must publish that news item category or that specific news item in any Joomla! menu in order for it to get it's own Itemid. Otherwise it will "borrow" Itemid from the page where the modules is currently presented/published.
