Baseline not work with php 5.5.6

I have problem with the Baseline template menus etc and php 5.5.6 and got this errors when I test php 5.5.6 it from my computer with a new Joomla site testing by setting up it by a hosts file 188.95.227.6 clickstar.se Hem

hosts file in ( c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ )

This is the errors I get..
