image Ihortcodes - title (Polaroid)

Hello,
the disadvantage Images shortcode is that you can not assign a different title to the items Image and Lightbox image. The Image Effects (Polaroid) do not give any title, but I would like to Lightbox have a title already displayed.

Title: "autor s posterem, IMA 2010; Budapešť" is also displayed on the article and in the lightbox, which I do not.
