Hello

1. Background cut in the footer.
Set the width of the site 1000px, for example, and look at the monitor with a less resolution.

2. In IE7 no horizontal scrolling.
Set the width of the site 1000px, for example, and look at the monitor with a less resolution.

3. No horizontal scrolling in all popular browsers.
Set the width of the site 100% and reduce the size of the browser.

Please, fix it.

1. you mean issue with under the footer (Joomla! is Free Software released under the GNU/GPL License.) , will fix that in a few License

2. no more IE7 support http://www.youjoomla.com/blog-yjteam...a-divorce.html

3. one issue can be the menu , note that this is not a responsive template and menu might create hs because it has no space , somewhere under 600px w, this is not a bug since it is not intended to be responsive template, it might get updated in the future

Please see the template with a screen resolution of 800x600 or 900x600 or 900x1000 (height does not matter, it is important that the width of the monitor is less than the width you set in the pattern - less than 1000 px).
You will see that the right side is cut off, and the scroll at the bottom does not appear!
