Pre and post workout nutrition for bodybuilders. Hey guys, I've been working out for a while now and I was wondering how important nutrition is in bodybuilding. What should I eat before and after a workout?

I recommend including high-protein whole foods such as eggs, chicken and quinoa in your diet. These foods contain all the essential amino acids your body needs to build muscle.
