The homepage can't finish loading

Why my homepage keep loading can't display all information? (it keep blinking)
I'm using google chrome/firefox/Internet Explorer, neither of them can complete the loading process. Hope you can advice. Thanks.

Hi

make sure all permissions are writable
look in the template folder
delete yjsg_compiler.php from the folder css_compiled
