Domain Licensing

Youjoomla Templates Club domain licensing varies depending on your membership level. You can use all Youjoomla Products that are released within your membership period on your domains according to the domain limit assigned to your membership  level. All sub domains are considered as one domain. Domain license for single  purchases is  1 domain per template.

Developer members can enjoy the privilege of unlimited domain license and can use Youjoomla Products  on any domain. However this license  does not give you the right to resell our products or to claim ownership.

Please note that our Copyright infringement web spiders are crawling search engines daily. Any domain that is using Youjoomla Products and does not comply to Terms and Conditions agreed on before the purchase, will be automatically contacted by Youjoomla Licensing Department. In order to prevent any confusion and  unnecessary complaints , please add the domain names you will be using in your member profile page.

I paid but I am not able to login or download

Usually our system will grant you the access immediately upon successfully received payment. If you have problems accessing the members area please contact us with proof of payment . Also note that all questions will be answered within 24h period.

If you already have a free membership and decide to upgrade to any of our membership plans, please note that you must logout , clear cookies and than login  before you can access the club downloads 

Please note that if you paid with 2checkout  the fraud check process might take from 6h - 24h . You will not be able to download any of our products till 2checkout has finished this process.

If you are on a network that is using proxy or multiple Ip's you will not be able to login or download. If you share your membership information system will detect multiple IP's and your account will be automatically suspended.

Can I share my membership details?

In absence of written/penned permission from Youjoomla.com, you may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else. Please note that we will trace you ip logins. You are limited to 2 IP logins only. If you exceed the limit your membership will be automatically suspended!  If you are on a network that is using proxy or multiple Ip's you will not be able to login.

Can I use your products for my clients or friends?

You may not use Youjoomla Products for your friends or clients unless you own Developer Membership. If this agreement violation is discovered , your membership will be automatically suspended.

Can I remove Youjoomla.com Copyright ?

Note: This is valid for all  new memberships and products purchased and released after Dec 31st  2008 . This rule does not apply to memberships and products purchased  and released before Dec 31st 2008.

All copyright notices in extensions must remain in tact!

Template Copyright link removal can be purchased here for additional  $35.00 per domain.

Upon approved purchase  you will receive email with information on how to remove our copyright from template.

Developer membership:

Club Members who own Developer Membership can remove frontend visible  templates copyright and reference
Designed by YourCompany or Powered by YourCompany . 

Effective from 01-15-2011

If you own developer license you can also remove frontend visible copyright from YJ Contact us and YJ Live Search extensions. All other extensions copyrights must remain in tact.

What are my limits in your products use?

UNAUTHORIZED USE

CD, DISKETTE & OTHERS Please do NOT place any of our products on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale, without prior penned/written consent from our company. 

DANGERS The authorities in charge of Youjoomla.com have filed its works with various copyright offices throughout the world. If any misuse or distribution of our templates/content is reported or hinted, then it might result in serious penalties. Our work is original. We will do everything to protect our rights as well as the work(s). Youjoomla.com will engage legal action for whatever losses resulting from your abuse of our content.
 
Word of caution: Youjoomla.com does NOT grant exclusive rights for the items downloaded from our website.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Youjoomla.com wishes to inform its users/customers that once an item is downloaded we are unable to offer any refund. All downloads and user logins are inserted in our database.  Refunds are strictly company policy and any such claims will be granted entirely at the free will of the company management.

How long can I use your products?

Once your membership expires you are not obligated to take our products down. You are still allowed to use the products which are released prior and during you membership period. Moving your site from one host to another does not effect this policy. 

Note : We do not offer further support once your membership has expired.

I have non-profit website, can I remove your copyright?

Yes you can but  please make sure that your webiste falls under following definintion.

A non-profit websites are considered legally registered non-profit organization in the country of its origin and domains are registered as .org, not websites that do not have income or collect donations or charity.

If your website does not fall under this definition than it is not considered as non-profit. If however your website belongs to  non-profit organization, than please provide a proof or registration as non-profit organization to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it before removing copyright.

1.)  "Powered by YJSG" Logo and link to yjsimplegrid.com  in template administration must remain if you are using YJSG based templates for any commercial offering.
