Replacement(s) for Eximium Template?

It seems that the Eximium template is not compatible with Joomla4 and/or the latest PHP/Mysql versions.
Is there a similar looking/same functionality template free or paid that can be installed as a direct replacement and works straight away?
As this is a club website and I am not paid I would like to reduce the work required.
