Pro Apps Template Not Loading Properly

Hi,
First and foremost, I do not know how to properly classify this ( personal or client ) because I am doing it for work :-)

Question is the site is not loading consistently, sometimes the site loads, other times, it does not ( just a bunch of text, no background, no color, just text). The issue has been observed on both windows and OS X desktops as well as a variety of tablet computers

*** I have solved it. It was not a template problem. Rather, it was a joomla configuration problem. Thank you.

*** oh sorry, I just edited the blue.css and customk.css files but modifications were just for lines and colors
