Daily News Demo Install Issue

I have installed the Daily News template (demo installation) but when I see the homepage for the first time I am presented with the following text through out the home page content:

"Strict Standards: Non-static method YJmeHelp::YJmeItems() should not be called statically in /home/miramarc/public_html/home/modules/mod_yjtt30/mod_yjtt30.php on line 47

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/miramarc/public_html/home/modules/mod_yjme/helper.php on line 22

Any ideas on what has gone wrong?
