Could not edit some artciles features

Hi,
I'm a newby on Joomla and on this forum too.
I've installed Exmium template on my local computer to start understanding how to use it.

Now, the question is: I would like to do some changes about in articles on home page but i can't. Some other changes, made editing .css files, has gone well.
In particular, it seems that I should modify the file "inline:23" but I can't find (o disable) this file (I insert an image).
Can you suggest me something?

PS: I've already turn "Activate custim css file" on.
