[SOLVED] .htaccess

I am having a problem loading Fireboard, JoomlaXplorer, Joomlaboard, Captcha. I am getting a white page but the component is loading onto the server but not my site. After contacting Siteground they said that it is a php issue. Of course, they offered their paid services to load these components. Because the components are not showing up on my site and are showing up on the server their belief is that it is not a server problem but rather my problem. Would creating an .htaccess file in my components file on my server fix this. Siteground did adjust my php and my whole site was a mess and then they fixed it. I cant believe after all of this work I am at a standstill with being able to load components. I am not asking you to fix the problem, I am asking for some guidance as to where to look so I can do it. :angry:

Make sure that you are login as a Super Administrator and not just Administrator. When you install components and modules.

I am that is the only way I do other other than one day when I had a login problem (had to change password)
