Invalid characters in the intro text in the modules

Hello!
How to fix the question marks that I go in YouMania News Slider, YJ Module Engine, Yj Newsflash Ultimate and other similar modules. The problem occurs only in Cyrillic. Below I have attached an image showing the problem.

Hello Atliman.

I just checked Cyrillic letters and i don't have that character issue.
Please try to use no editor and then check your articles, after that refresh your page and see if the characters issue is still there.

I did what you told me but nothing works. The strange thing is that not every article and does change the character settings in the modules get better, while others are new signs wrong ....
Any other ideas?!?!
