Hello

It would help to mention which files you are in trouble with. So we can also test this.

I have downloaded all files. in joomla club templates related to youZine, youSports, youPhoto and you News, newsslider 8.0 and some random files from templates. BUT NO LUCK. I tried email through customer service and still no reply.

When i try winrar i get this error for all files. "! C:\Users\ASAZ\Documents\Downloads\Compressed\Yousp orts_Source.zip: Unexpected end of archive"

When i try 7 zip i get this error for all files. "Cannot open file 'C:\Users\ASAZ\Documents\Downloads\Compressed\Yous ports_Source.zip' as archive"

I am unable to solve this problem.

I know winrar and 7 zip are really popular and i am not having this problem with other zip files. But what zip program are you using to unzip these files?

This is very strange,

We are downloading, unzipping or uploading and unzipping on the servers,
testing and working with teese files every day,,
but have not come a cross this problem before..

Did you check the version of your winrar ?
Or the file format it is adjusted to use?

Hi - As Orion_ stated, we (and many others) download and decompress these files daily. I use WinRAR 99.9% of the time, and I am running version x64 3.90 (64-bit). Other than an actual issue with one specific file (which has been corrected), I have never had any issues unless corruption occurred during download. This happens occasionally, and is not limited to just youjoomla.com.

PM me an email address and I will contact you that way to test a file for you.

file sharing is not allowed. note that your download contains your license #. if our robots discover file sharing membership is automatically suspended.

as for the errors , please make sure that you dont have download limits on your network. note that same files are downloaded by all members and if you have issue with 15 files everyone would have it so this tells me that there is either interruption of you service during the download or there could be download limit on the network you use

THANKS EVERYONE. Orion, Jaycburton, Neo.

I checked into the matter... Since the zip programs were working fine. and no other member has had any issues of the same sort.

I've been using a downloads application called IDM. Since IDM breaks the file to download in parts. The result file is somehow damaged. I think its something related to the way your server allows downloads.

Now i am downloading the files using another tool which doesnt split the download. so its working fine..

Thanks everyone.

on a side note. Neo i was wondering why the customer relations did not follow up on the issue. is it because it was already in the forum? Thanks anyways.

Now that i dowloaded the files.... I'm amazed of youJoomla's work. Thanks guys and girls

Hi - Should you encounter errors downloading in the future, information like this would be helpful to know. I wouldn't think the files available for download from youjoomla.com are large enough to need to be split or managed while being downloaded; personally, I think of download management when file sizes are greater than, say, 100MB. Anyway, glad you got it sorted out.
