User Perimissions

Hi,

Yesterday only my premium account expired in Youjoomla. I had submitted a ticket and there were iterative replies. But now since membership expired I am unable to see any of my tickets raised.

My problem is after installing "Youversity" theme, I am unable to assign individual article level permissions, because that particular tab is missing and other tabs like Yjsj options etc are shown. I tried giving global configuration permissions for articles and also by choosing "public" in individual level access, but after doing so also if I login as a user, I am unable to see the "Save" button after clicking the authored article. Only close is visible.

Whereas, in other templates after setting individual level permissions in every article, I am able to edit it if I login as an author. They told they will respond me after talking with developers, but now my membership expired yesterday, So how do I reconnect? Can someone help me out? It is very urgent.
