I am trying to add a form to get the email address for newsletters from visitors but it keeps rejecting new users with invalid email address.

I have tried 2 different templates and they both indicate that the YouTemplates play with the form submission to strip out the @ and . characters.

How do I stop this?

As I have modified files it is not an option to just upgrade but need to knwo where to change it.

Thanks,

George
