Updates for purchased extention and templates

Hello,
we have several items (2 templates, extentions) purchased in last years.
These had been taken via Single Extention / Template Purchase (stated that Upgrade are incl. without time limitation).
Now we are upgrading our sites from joomla 1.5.26 to 2.5 and 3.1.
Therefore we need to get upgraded versions (for joomla 2.5 and 3.1, if available) of the following products:
- Yj News Slider 8.0
- Template YouBistro

We tried to go to download and then to click on the respective download link - always the message to purchase or login is shown. after login - nothing changes.

We have limitation from our hosting provider for the period of the joomla upgrade to be finalized - therefore your fast reply is very very appreciated!
