Hi there,
Trying to make basic changes to the template on my site and I'm getting the above error. I'm a super user on the site and the hosting company have asked if there are any adjustments required on their server?

Please try to download the latest version of the plugin and re-install it.
Also please check your folder permissions and make sure they are writable.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I tried this already and no luck. The files are writable.

Just checed your admin panel and your Joomla version is not up to date.
Latest version is 3.7.5 and your version is 3.3.6.
Please update Joomla first and then check if you will still have the same issue.

It looks like you have restrictions on your server and the the save is not allowed.

Please check your server configuration.
