Force Refresh Cache at Visitors Browser

Hello.
Very often I am changing css code but ok for me I can make a refresh to my browser and see the changes BUT I cant find a way to force a Refresh to ppls visit my site to get the new css changes .

I have search internet I see some tricks about having css with some kind of version . But I dont think YouJoomla framework supports this .

Is there is any way to force refresh of the changes to my visitors browsers?

only way to do this is to add version query at the end of the included file

like style.css?=1 , but that comes with a penalty from GTmetrix and other speed check.

YJSG does not have that included by default.

Thanks for replying .
Although I think I care more for ppls see my changes to the site from get some negative points from GTMetrix , also I have search a little bit in the internet and couldnt find any article about that (maybe I am not a good researcher )
Instead of that I have find a very nice article :

I have 5 days now without refresh the browser and still its serves me an old css !
Thats sucks isnt it ?!

Can you please consider add a feature for this in the next version of your framework ?
