I want to make some suggestions to the team.
1. Its good to have lots of stuffs in your company but if you cant update them its a bad image for the company
a. Lots of the extensions you have are not updated at least to the layout view of the Joomla. Contact form component for example which I had to uninstall it .
b. Lots of demo and extensions having so old update dates:

2. Please give more accurate instructions at your extensions , for example the Multimedia Box, I have spend several hours to understand that the plugin uses its own module, and I cant type that syntax inside any module, you are not saying about it anywhere.
3. Some media shortcode are not working , example to insert youtube video its not working, its not working even in your site example:

4. That fix

So I think its good to become bigger but if you cant mentain the stuffs turns to be bad .
