Tested on live and dev sites.
The update removes/hides the Joomla User Profile plugin which requires the user to accept the TOS by selecting a check box.
This was added as quick and dirty solution to GDPR so if there is no simple fix please tell me how to remove the update and reinstall the 2.3.2 version.
Thanks for any help.

Doesn't seem to have made any difference so far but may be I'm doing something wrong. I am not working on the live site.
Can you please take a look below and tell me if I am on the right track or am I missing something so obvious to professionals.

In "\templates\eximium\html\" I had no "com_users" directory so I created this and added the two files listed below from the "plugins\system\yjsg\legacy\html\com_users\" directory.
The two files are registration.xml and default.php
I added line 17 "$this->form->loadFile( dirname(__FILE__) . DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR . "registration.xml");" under
"$this->form->reset( true ); // to reset the form xml loaded by the view"

I then cleared the site cache...
