How do I remove the "Register" hyperlink text

Hi,
Please can you provide instructions on how I can remove the "OR Register" hyperlinked text on the YJ login module on our website. I currently have it as "Welcome please login OR Register". I'd like to keep both the login and register functions as it is but just modify the text displayed for the button so users can use only the "login" hyperlink. Please see the circled part on the attachment.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
