Duplicating Sytles in Yougrids

I have followed these instructions on how to take a "grey" template and make it "blue" Grey to blue style change

The problem is that the css is not being recognized. It is calling the "metal" template. If you go to Community Service Jeep-Project - Treasure Coast Dirtectory you can see the logo and menu are different from the actual parent site you land on. Each of these pages will have a custom theme. there are currently 12 sections that I need to style different

I can turn off the logo and change any of the options including the style this one is called Djeep where is that called at?
Line 31 of my source code. You can see metal. should be DJeep or whatever I name it.

Help would be nice.. and if you answer it... this is for my first month of free service.
