I have buy a platinum membership over one week with the account templatesroyal but no one send me a password...

I write every day a e-mail to you (Youjoomla Templates <youjoomla@gmail.com>) but you never answer my question.

Have you any problems with my EMAIL adress?

And NOW there was still no password and usernam sent to my EMAIL adress.

CAN YOU NOT ACTIVATED THIS ACCOUNT FOR PREMIUM MEMBER???

I think the problem is that TWO ACCOUNTS have the same email adress...

please do not claim something that is not true , I was here yesterday till 4am and am here now , obviously your email is having hard time to come trough, also check your spam folders please and white list our emails I sent 2 user info emails yesterday
