Main top menu above header

I understand that this might be a modification outside of what you provide support for and if so then I apologize. But I thought it was quite a simple modification that you might not mind, what I'd like to do is display the main menu above the header/logo, so it would be the first thing to appear from top to bottom. Could you just point me to the right file to edit so that I may modify the order of layout?

EDIT: Sorry for troubling you with this post. I was able to find the solution, it was as easy as I thought, I was just looking in the wrong files.
