Hi Neo,

Reading your YJSG 2.0 white paper, your forthcoming improvements sound A-Maz-Ing!

Big thank you to all at YouJoomla.com.

One item comes to mind: anything you folks can do to help reduce typical website download speed would be much appreciated.

I know that many factors affect how long a web page takes to render sufficiently, including better server, less fluff, graphics, CDN, etc. But it would be great to see if your YJSG 2.0 changes can improve page download on a typical shared server, without any further changes made.

Fingers crossed :-)

CSS compression is changed and is much better now, but for after 1.0.16 merge I have planned full compression integration js/css etc.We cant work on JS compress now since I just want this release to get out A.S.A.P so that we can concentrate on 1 thing only ( the plugin ) instead of 104 templates.

It would be useful to enable the new Google Universal Analytics as well or instead of the old tracking code.

Universal GA is in , since it can be personalized and customized we added a text area where you can place complete UA code including all tags

1) I think demódulo new positions could be created and handled (by dragging only) by admin framework itself, as already happens with the framework of JOOM SHAPER. And in their own positions I would score it would despóníveis for all devices or that module does not appear to smartphones or tables, etc..

2) I think it would be very useful if most of the CSS theme could also be changed by the admin theme.

3) Another important item is that the content (images and text) should not load from time to inicialilzar a page. Loading will should go so far as if it were rolling páigia. Since some sites have a lot of content and the loading time makes the site slower, since it requires more requests from the database.

@ Merado , not sure how intensive you used YJSG but it comes with 7 grids predefined for you which is 56 module positions from the start .
So your number 1 kinda seems excessive here since all module positions are there. Helix does not have them loaded

2. I am not sure what you mean by that. You want to change admin CSS?

3. Content loading has nothing to do with template. Your component and modules are responsible for that

if you want lazy load, it is built in YJSG

@ssnobben , that is more a module feature not framework. and it is very easy to do . it is a menu module styled like a tree via css. We might looking in to something like that but for now we are collecting framework features . Thank you for your input!

Hi neo,

Two suggestions;
Remove mootools depencies (validate etc)
Add something like this Insert Article by ID - Joomla! Extensions Directory, especially for easy content in the inbuild tabs/accordions, just add article idd instead of confusing brackets shortcodes with loads of content between them😉
