YJ Title Ticker v3 can't select article

From module config, if I choose 'Select specific items', the modal for article selection will pop open but I cannot choose an article and I get this js error in the console:

Please try to download the module again and just re-install it.

Actually I upgraded the module and has the same problem. I think it's just a bug based on the version of joomla with the version of title ticker. Were you able to debug the js problem?

I checked the module on my local server and no issues, the specific order is working properly with no JS errors.
