Hi, I'm from Turkey...
I want to make anime fansub website.
My website not yet activeted. I will actively within a few months.
Could you make a site in the coming months, or do you have a theme you will suggest?

There is no anime theme for Joomla.
If you do you will be a first. WordPress theme is often used.
