YJ Booking - can't receive any email

Good day to all! A long time I didn't come to here =)
I hope you all are well!

Today I am having problems with my YJ Booking Module.
I click in "send" and the page just keeps loading and loading...
So, I can't receive any request in my email from my costumers.

I tried to modify things in Global Configuration, as the mailer type (SMPT and PHP), but I returned it as it was in the beginning.

If you need passwords or anything to log in my account, just let me know

Sorry i can't look into your previous memberships but you need a current subscription to receive support on commercial extensions.

Ok thank you anyway! When I get a new subscription I come back again.
I just think that you could help me because the YJ booking module is free.
But I understand completely.
I apologize for any inconvenience about the new thread that I opened here...
