Ask information header menu Sticky on scroll up
 

Hi ...

I just want to know it possible to made header menu of Eximium become Sticky on scroll up, as i know its only Sticky on scroll down.
Here the example i found, menu scroll up :

If it possible to implement it (same as link that I enclosed), could please to guide me how to do it.
