Is there any possibility that i can have suckerfisk type effect on the vertical menu. I just want to show sub menu items on mouseover in my vertical menu bar.

Re:Vertical drop down menu

What template are you using? What version of Joomla are you using 1.0 or 1.5.? Ive used the JSCookMenu on Joomla version 1.0. And it gives the effect you might be looking for. I dont know if it will work for 1.5. but give it a try.

Re:Vertical drop down menu

To get this effect, youll need to use a 3rd party module or you can follow this guide over at compass designs.
