YJ News Pop sort by date?
 

Hi,
I have a YouGrids template with YJ News Pop module.
I try to use the "date created" to sort the articles in the YJ News Pop module but it seems not to be totally accurate.
Any known issues with that? A way to make it work?

HI there, YJ News Pop is commercial extension and support for it is for customers only. Please extend your membership and we will take a look. Even if there is an issue and we update it you wont be able to download without a membership.

2 questions:
1/ Can I and how to subscribe to only the YJ News Pop extension with support. I'm not planning to use any other extensions to my knowledge.
2/ I posted another issue here today about the YJ News Pop extension - where did that go? That was a old issue that I raised when I had a platimum support.

1. There is no extensions only plans, so you would need to pick one of the current plans
2. I see only this one from you for today.

1/ The FAQ says that I can purchase a single extension, so doesn't that come with a single extension support?
2/ "YJ News Pop don't display images for new popup " is the other one.

YJ News Pop is club only extensions, not sold separate.
