I purchase a single template for one domain , what does the license includes, do I need to pay additinally 35 dlls to remove the copyright notice?

So, yes. You need to purchase a copyright removal to remove the template copyright.

You could've also read it when purchasing the single template :

"All sales are final! Please visit Demo before purchase!
YOU ARE PURCHASING:
Single template plus PSD files. 30 days updates and forum support. Demo installation included. Copyright removal not included!"

Thats is just not fair, why would you pay for a template if you cannot take the copyright in your website.

That question and it's answer is beyond my level in this company. You should ask the head admin that.
