The demo versions have 6 dummy articles. They are SHARED between Slider module, multitab module, all the modules below...

HOW do I designate a new article to a specific point/location on the first/main page and have it flow into a 'read more' page???

WHERE do I find that menu ???

Please post in the designated template forum, don't know what template you are talking about.

Home, set as category blog, set intro articles, and in articles of category insert a read more.

That's always it really, but could be more specific if i would know the template:)
