I have purchased the copyright removal However, I would like to remove the text "YJSimpleGrid Features Joomla! News Image Credits".

Can you please provide instructions for the removal of these items.

That is not our copyright that is the footer menu in the footer, you can see it in your administration -> menus -> footer menu.
