Problems to update your Joomla 2.5.x to Joomla 3.x
 

Hi, I followed your instructions (How to update Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.x) and I can not upgrade to version 3.x, I get the message 'You already have the latest Joomla! version, 2.5.11. '
Do you know why? How can I fix it?

Please try to go to extensions -> extensions manager tab discover and purge the cache after that follow the tutorial.
