OK here is full working upgrade pack for 1.5.12 - 1.5.13 , fixes for media manager and tynimice included. It has been reported that there was a bug in current upgrade pack on Joomla.org which was not updated as of today.

BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!!!

upload the zip in your root folder
extract it overriding existing files
check your installation
