Bruno Template and HIkashop 3.5.1

I want to buy Bruno template but i have a few questions before
Do 1.0.1 version support hikashop 3.5.1?
As i know in 1.0.0 version one line glitch with Hikashop 3.5.1

When joomla 4 out you will update this template and how fast this will be?
