Youevents converted to Joomla 1.6

Dear club members we are happy to announce that Youevents Joomla template has been converted to Joomla 1.6. We used this opportunity to convert YJ Newsflash 4.0 , Yj Newsflash 5.0 to version 2.0 and to Joomla 1.6.  YJ Newsflash Ultimate  and Miaflv Basic are also updated to Joomla 1.6. Due to Mootools 1.3 incompatibility of Multi Media Box 2.0 we had to create a new version upgrade to Multi Media Box 3.0 which is currently compatible with Joomla 1.6 only.

To accommodate the missing K2 1.6 extension our developers team took advantage of built in Joomla 1.6 category tree and new layout overrides feature and created K2 lookalike layout that resembles original Youevents K2 pages. This is fist stage of our Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 1.6 templates conversion and new Joomla 1.6 templates will be available soon.
