I was always wondering which one is better. Long time ago I came across article that actual said what to use but I cannot find it anymore.

SO which one is better _ or - example

joomla_templates or joomla-templates ?

"Long time ago".
SEO is not set in stone.
It changes everyday.

I don't think it matters any more.
It's for human eyes.
Heck, Google don't even care about keyword meta tag anymore.
