I would like to get the Newsline template but I don't like the current header layout. My question is, is it possible to modify it as to look like this: one ad, masthead, one ad
Just like this example here: (instead of the current one: masthead, long ad, ad)

Thank you, if it's possible, I would like to know if you can tell me what files to modify and I'll do it by myself, or if you would do it for me, how much would that cost?
