Mobile Tech Default Color Question 1 Week, 5 Days ago Karma: 0
Hello,

Is the default color choice for the Mobile Tech Template suppose to also change the large block of color near the very top of the web page so that instead of it appearing in the red color when I go to the website ... it will instead appear in the black/dark grey color for instance?

I have changed the default to the black color and it still appears red at the top when I go to to the website, even after clearing the cookies and refreshing the page.

If this feature is not what should change the color, please advise as to whether it is possible and how?

Thank you!

Hello,

I've closed the browser and went to the url again, including with using fire fox, where in normally I use ie7 ... and still no change in the block of color at the top of the web page?

Note: when I click on one of the small squares to change the color ... that has been working. I am looking however for it to be black each time I initially go to the website.

Is there something that I missed perhaps besides selecting the color "black" in the drop down menu for "Default Color" iside of the template section within joomla?

Please advise.

Thank you!

Hello

My apologies, unable to post link. Is there a particular part of the code that I should look at to verify the settings are correct?

Please advise.

Thanks!

Hello,

After digging deeper, I discovered a fix. You must also go into the template html inside of Joomla and set the default color to black as well as go into the template css and change the _black.gif files to black instead of _red.gif (or to whatever color you choose to be your default).

Thank you!
