Everything worked fine before the following.

I have several categories and put a video into content items, sometimes.
I needed a module which shows a list of titles of the content with video . Yesterday I decided to create a category for old content with video and the module should take titles from that.
Though, I`ve copied items to that category and got 2 the same items in 2 different categories.
And now when I click to play video, it opens OK, but in a several seconds on the top of the controls appears one more controls bar, and now it looks this way:

1. when opens, in the left
2. in a several seconds, in the right side

Any suggestions???
