I try install template, but I have a problem :
JInstaller::install: File '/home2/nanang/public_html/tmp/install_479948de1b1e4/mint_fresh/
images/logotm.jpg' does not exist
Why ???

I received this same error message, and the file logotm.jpg is present.
What's the solution?

I am not able to duplicate the error , I looked trough the files and logotm.jpg is included in xml file,
try installing trough ftp , just unpack the zip file and transfer the folder to joomlainstallation/templates
also make sure you are installing the right version

I had the same problem too, but I think I figured it out.
The file that Joomla is looking for is logotm.jpg, but the file in .zip is called logotm.JPG. When I renamed the file from .JPG to .jpg and zipped it all back up again, the install went without a hitch!
