Can anyone help me make the "START PUBLISH" function work??
I set the time to publish an article later than the actual time. Then I waited for that time to arrive to see the content appear on the site, BUT it never dose!WHY?

Ps!
My server is in USA and I'm in Europe. I tryed to set both american time and the european time with no results!

In order for anyone to help you have to give the Admin rights. They would have to go into your Admin: backend And check to see what your settings are. Do you really want to do that?

So it's imposibile to just explane what the exact setings are?
For ex: 1. In GLOBAL/LOCALE what time should be set? The time of my location(EUROPE) or the time of the server location(USA)?
2.What should I put in Country Locale:?

3. Have anyone make it work??

The place and time of your location. All the information you need is in the Joomla help files right on your site.
