In the bottom left hand corner of the softech template, where the copyright info is, is a small button, which if you press it, allows the user to change the color scheme of the template. I need to disable this option. Is this possible?

In Joomla 1.5 Go to the extension manager -Template Manager

Click on the template and change it in the template settings.
