Help:

I've successfully installed Newsline II and a few other templates, but I keep getting DEMO Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package, I'm trying to install the demos in the Extension Manager.

I also get:

Warning: zip_read() expects parameter 1 to be resource, integer given in /home2/hotspotw/public_html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/archive/ zip.php on line 235

Warning: zip_close() expects parameter 1 to be resource, integer given in /home2/hotspotw/public_html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/archive/ zip.php on line 251

Some of the demo files say unzip first, am i suppose to manually ftp these, i thought i could just unload the zipped file through extension manager. it's not working out! help... dee

Hey D, I hope your are coming along with tuts I advised you of. Demo ,ust be transfered to server , not installed through Joomla .

Just wanted to say thanks for your help. No, I'm not done yet, but I am determined to get this right so I'll refuse any offer you make to install my demo for me I will do this no matter how long it takes or how many messages crying for help that i have to post! (I think they call this stubborn)
