Help with installing the modules (Equalizer Temp) 7 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I purchased the Equalizer template module and found the folders for the complimentary modules - but how do I install the modules?

The folders don't have an installation file. Please assist.

Thanks

Sorry - let me clarify.

I purchased the Equalizer template and along with the purchase I see the module folders are included.

But again, I cannot figure out how to install the modules

I'm having difficulty with installing the demo files, as well, with the "YJ Times" template. Am unable to get clearance on the directory files to "write-able":

Directory and File Permissions Check:

In order for Joomla! to function correctly it needs to be able to access or write to certain files or directories.

If you see "Unwriteable" you need to change the permissions on the file or directory to allow Joomla! to write to it.

I was having trouble making the logo changes and installing the demo, but found out that I needed the host company to make some adjustments on my account so it is writeable.

That made it possible to install the demo, but I'm still not seeing any new modules, especially not anything especially dynamic like I saw in the demonstration of the NJ Times template, before I downloaded it.

Could the Times_Demo_2 file be in the wrong place? It's currently sitting in the root folder. Also, in the original package were "source files" "YJ_Times-15" "yj-times", I installed the "YJ-Times-Elxis", but wasn't sure where to install the others. (Guess I should unzip the read me file!) Could someone tell me where all these files are supposed to eventually end up so I can make sure they get where they're supposed to go?

Thank you!!!

Hmm... I just checked out the "read me" file, but it isn't a read me file after all, it has all sorts of goodies in it. what do I do with that?
