CProject60 gave me a tip to change the size of my pictures I had uploaded because they were to large when I uploaded them. I took the advice but I still notice that when I look in the media area and bring up the picture it looks great, and then when the picture is attached to and article or some place else on the site it is not a clear. Is there something I can do to improve the look of the picture?

Which pictures are you asking about? Your thumbnails are distorted because you have the wrong dimensions set for them in the news slider and the tab modules. Also the way that you insert your picture into your articles with the dimensions is unnecessary.
